Cambridge House assists caregivers by offering a safe environment that is tailored daily to suit the individual needs of each participant that is enjoyable. A security system that controls all egress points allows everyone to feel secure in a home-like atmosphere.
The Cambridge House program has delayed nursing home placement by offering social interaction and emotional support along with a highly structured, closely supervised activity program. These creative services enhance the ability of each member to maintain dignity as they continue to learn through their life, while having the best quality of life.
The Cambridge House adult respite program is specifically designed as an alternative method of care for adults who wish to remain independently in their homes or with a family member and who are not appropriate for nursing home care.
Participation in the Cambridge House adult day program is economically cost effective for those individuals in need of companion/personal care and who cannot be left alone.
